2. Marketplace Role
Implemently is a neutral venue that connects clients with independent implementation providers. We are not a party to any agreement reached between them and do not perform the implementation work ourselves.

3. Payments, Fees & Escrow
How engagement payments, milestone releases, platform fees, and any escrow or holding of funds are handled, including refunds and chargebacks.

4. Platform Circumvention Policy
Clients and providers who connect through Implemently agree to transact through the platform. Taking an introduced relationship off-platform to avoid fees is prohibited.

5. No Employment Relationship
Providers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Implemently or of the clients who engage them. Nothing here creates an employment, joint-venture, or agency relationship.

6. Account Verification
Identity, business, and payout verification we may perform (including via third-party providers such as Stripe), and your obligation to provide accurate information.

7. Dispute Support
The support Implemently provides when a client and provider disagree, the limits of that support, and how milestone or engagement disputes are reviewed.

8. Reviews
Rules for leaving reviews and ratings: they must be honest and based on a real engagement, and may not be manipulated, incentivized, or used to harass.

9. Acceptable Use
Conduct that is prohibited on the platform, including fraud, misrepresentation, and misuse of other users' information.

10. Intellectual Property
Ownership of platform content and of work product delivered through engagements.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is,” and the limits on Implemently's liability arising from use of the marketplace or from any engagement between users.
