We're a 15-person sales team currently tracking leads in spreadsheets and need a proper CRM implementation. Looking for someone to set up HubSpot from scratch, including custom deal pipelines, email integration with Gmail, lead scoring rules, and basic automation for follow-up sequences. We'd also need a data migration from our existing spreadsheet system and about an hour of training for our sales reps once everything is configured.
